The Keepsake Urn (Teardrop) was made for the woman who needs to keep a small part of someone with her — literally, inside a piece of metal she can close her hand around — without announcing to anyone what she is carrying.
The pendant is a smooth sterling silver teardrop, 30 by 12 millimeters, pointed at the top and rounded at the bottom. It looks like a simple memorial piece from the outside. Inside, there's a small sealed compartment with a silicone O-ring and a screw-top closure at the top. A tiny funnel comes in the box. You fill it yourself, on your own time.
When I imagine you wearing it, I imagine the afternoon you finally do it. You've been carrying the urn at home in a cabinet for months. One Tuesday you decide.
