The Legacy Pendant (Garden) was made for the grandmother who raised three grandchildren — and who wants all of them on her, not just the one who calls the most.
A smooth sterling silver disc, 16 millimeters, hangs from a cable chain. One, two, or three small birthstone dangles hang from the bottom edge of the disc on short links. The stones swing gently with movement. Each stone is a different month's color. You pick the stones. You decide which grandchildren to put there.
When I imagine you wearing it, I imagine a weekday afternoon. You're folding laundry alone. Three little stones are clicking quietly against the disc with each reach of your arm. You don't notice at first. Then you do.
