How to claim
Email info@adelaidejewelry.com with your order number and a brief description. We confirm within 1–2 business days and ship your replacement at no charge. Returns accepted within 30 days — prepaid label included.
How long does the guarantee last? For the life of the piece. Not one year. Not two. As long as you own it.
Does it cover accidental damage? It covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. Not accidental drops or bends. If unsure, email us and we'll assess it.
What if my size isn't right? Email us within 30 days. We'll send the correct size at no charge and include a return label.
Are the lab-created gemstones real? Yes — same chemical composition, same hardness, same color as mined stones. Created in a lab at a fraction of the cost.
How do I care for my piece? Clean with the polishing cloth included. Avoid chlorinated water and harsh chemicals. Store in the velvet pouch provided.
